I've been doing great lately. I just finished day 7 of Ana Boot Camp. It works wonders. :) I know I am 3 days late posting, but I now have my own blog :       
http://obesexana.blogspot.com/         I don't have as much time to write. My goal was to lose 42.2 pounds and I now have 24.8 pounds left. I want to lose this weight by April 30th. That's 21 days from now. I may have to add a bit more fasting in, but I think it's worth it. I have to lose a little more than a pound a day. What do you think? Is it possible? I am obese people. The fast was a success.

So far so good. I began a 61 day challenge on the 27th. My goal is to be 245 pounds by April 31st. I had 42.2 pounds to lose and I now have 34.8 pounds left. I can do this and I will do this. I have a lot of motivation as well. I'm going to see my father for the first time in 5 months. It will have been 7.5 months when I do see him this summer. Last time he saw me I was 289 pounds, so I want to see what he thinks. Also, my mother and grandmother agreed to give me $2000 for a new wardrobe when I get to  a healthy weight. They said I can get stretch mark surgery too and I'm saving up for laser hair removal. My best friend, Neko, is also huge motivation, she looks exactly how I want to look. Hmm, anything else? I had a good day, but I sadly am going to my cousins house for dinner tonight(my mom is forcing me.) There will be salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic bread. My plan is to just have salad and lots of water, but if I'm really hungry, I'll have a little bit of spaghetti. No meatballs or garlic bread though. Wish me luck and if you read all of this, you rock. :D

Eating disorder or diet: I'm not sure. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with EDNOS and ana/mia tendencies, but I've clearly gained a $hitt load of weight, so I guess diet.

In other news, I began a little Spring Break fast earlier today at 4 pm. So I'm 1 hour and 40 minutes in. Goodnight.


My fast ended when I was 22 hours in. I only planned on 20 hours, so that's fine.

I'm tired.

I'm sooo tired. I stayed up all night doing my Science project and it's still not done! I'm mabe 4/5 done with it.

I just got out of the shower and I realized I forgot to condition. That's...not...good. I have already dryed off now though, so I'll just wait untill tomorrow.

So about our liquid fast. We are now 13 and 1/2 hours in. I've had an orange caprisun, and Neko's had a water and some Dole juice.

I'd love to stay and chat, but I must go get ready and finnish my Science project. Peace -Helena

Okay, so Neko and me are now 6 hours into our fast. I've drunken nothing and Neko's had some water. I'm so glad that she's doing this with me. Hmm.

Well, in other news, I'm 1/2 way done with my Science project. Not much progress made. I'm gonna go work on it some more. -Helena

(no subject)

It has been such a long time since I wrote anything. Big things happened. 4 of my family members died, making me very depressed, making me eat, and making me gain all of my weight back. I shot back up to 291 pounds!!!!! But, S helped me get back down to 280 pounds, so that's okayish. *sigh* Well, it would take hours to eplain everything, so I'm not going to. 

I started a liquid fast a while ago and am doing it with Neko. NEKO IS BACK!!!!! I'm so excited. Well, not that she needs to lose weight, she's just doing it to give me emotional support. I appreciate it. S is going away until April 1st I think. So my plan is to lose a bunch of weight by then, so that when he gets back he can see a difference. 32 days. How much weight can I lose in 32 days. Hmm. I'm going to try for 30 pounds. That's a lot, but I can do it if I don't mess up.

Neko has told me that exercise will help a lot, so here's my exercise plan: 

On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I will lift dumbells(50 per arm), I will jog as much as I can across the tennis court, and I will work my way to being able to do the splits.          

On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I will do 50 wall push ups, work towards doing the splits, and if I can get J out of the house, play tennis.

Sunday is a rest day.

Neko said that if I do this that I will have results quickly. I was told to take my measurements, which I have done. I won't list them here, but if there is a difference, I will tell you. Hmm, I started my fast at 6 pm, so it's been just over 2 and a half hours. So far, so great.

I have a problem though. A major Science project is due tomorrow and I have only done 1/3 of it. What am I to do with my procrastinating ways? *Gasp*

I need to get my fat ass in gear. Neko will push me, but she wants me to do it by myself, so that I learn. I'm going to go get on it and I'll report back later.



My Fast Has Ended
My fast ended when I was 33 hours in. I had a bowl of cereal with fat free milk.

Well, I have to go continue making J's flash video.

I'm Fasting Again
I started fasting a little while ago. I'm 5 hours and 4 minutes in.

I'm gonna let myself start with juice, water, milk, and tea. If I do this for 24 hours and want to continue fasting, t

then i will cut out milk.

If I do it for 48 hours and still want to do it, then I'll cut out juice.
Well anyways, I might not even fast, but I feel like I need to.
I have 4 days untill my second week weigh in.
I weigh in on Sunday. Umm, my first week I lost 4 pounds.
Currently I am 271.4 pounds and am trying to lose 4 pounds or more every week.
Umm S agreed to reward me for fasting again.
I wonder if I'll get what I got last time, or something else. Hmm. Well, I gotta go. -Helena
